Sunday 31st July
The Seventh Sunday after Trinity
Additional Collect
Generous God,
you give us gifts and make them grow:
though our faith is small as mustard seed,
make it grow to your glory
and the flourishing of your kingdom;
through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen
A PRAYER FOR PARISHES IN A TIME OF TRANSITION
Dear Lord, our God and Father,
in this time of transition,
give us eyes to see Your presence in our lives,
ears to listen to Your will,
lips to speak Your words,
and hands to do Your work.
Grant us grace and go before us,
as we seek Your Holy Spirit’s counsel,
as we live in community during this time,
and as we prepare for the arrival of a new priest
in our midst.
In Your name we pray, in sure and certain hope of
Your promises to us, Amen.

Wednesday 10th August, 2pm
The St Endellion fete will be held in the Hall and it’s grounds beginning at 2pm on the day and as usual there will be fun for the whole family!
We will have the usual stalls – cakes, plants, a tombola, books and of course the famous Bric a brac stall. There will be tea and cakes and lots more. There is plenty to keep the children busy and entertained with Face painting, Punch and Judy, games and competitions. As ever of course, tickets for a grand raffle with excellent prizes will be sold over the summer and on the day.
Please bring plants for the plant stall to St Endellion Church on any Sunday from now on until the fete and Jane Wethered will care for them.
Also, bring a book (one people might want to read!) for the book stall and a bottle for the bottle stall, to either St Endellion or St Peter’s.
