Sunday 7th March –
The Third Sunday of Lent
Additional Collect
Eternal God,
give us insight
to discern your will for us,
to give up what harms us,
and to seek the perfection we are promised
in Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen
Holy Habits – Breaking Bread
Prayer baking: Bake bread by hand. While kneading, pray for all those whose company you miss. While waiting for the bread to rise, pray for God’s new life to rise up in our local church and community. When the bread is ready to eat, remember each one of your friends and family and thank God for them by name. Then tuck in!
